Echo park Member's Day

Like any other shops, when you signed up as a member there's sure a Member's Day where you get extra privileges like discounts or gifts. Echo Park has this Member's Day whereby all their display items are 50% off! This iz awesome for all the Echo Park shoppers! I think it last for about 2 weeks ( if am not mistaken, 'cos by the time I know about it was already the last 2 days :p)

There are a few branches around the shopping malls in Klang Valley ( Sunway Pyramid, Times Square and Sungei Wang). We headed to the Sungei Wang's branch.

Ended the shopping spree and we left at 6pm forgetting about the terrible traffic out there, we detoured to Levain Boulangerie & Patisserie Restaurant, off Jalan Imbi.  It took us quite long too as you can see the skies were dark already when we reached.
The beautiful entrance :) Love the French style.

# Lamb Fettucine ( I think this was on a separate favorites of the month menu )
I find this so so only, though I like lamb but I would prefer to just have lamb alone like lamb chop, lamb shank etc.

It's so delicious, the chunks of mushroom, and the cream sauce!!

The Haven Cafe

I took a break off recently, to look upon my career path.
Am I on the right track? What do I really want in my career?

I still couldn't get answers to my questions, maybe there are, but I am still looking for a better one.

When I receive that call last week, my heart was instantly felt with joy and smiles, but my mind wonders off thinking really hard. Then, I told myself. Maybe this time round, I should let my heart do the decision, it is a great chance given, though it might not be something BIG, but always worth a try.

On a random weekend, we girls decided to go for a lovely brunch somewhere nice - The Haven Cafe. 

It's actually a home bungalow turned into a cafe, very spacious and homey. 

Their concept is 100% naturally good food. Natural and organic :D

Part of the outside compound with all the greens around you. Feels so calming :)
It looks perfect for a garden party! But definitely not with the weather now, which is crazily hot (maybe with the tents and all air-conditioned ;p )

Yeap, they are open daily except for Mondays! 

They have an organic grocery store inside which consists of vegetables, drinks, snacks, shampoo etc

They are famous for their RAW coffee, all the coffee lovers should try it!

Look they made full use of their table setting, the back of it is something to fill up the time for kids while waiting for their meals. And a mini advert of the KL International School.

It taste really different, not something that everyone would enjoy 'cos of the spices!

I'm not a coffee person so couldn't tell how nice was it, but according to my friend, she said it was quite rough :/

Quite disappointing as the inner part wasn't as melted as what we expected.

First Weekend of May (I)

In my previous post, I went back in time. And now, I am catching up ;)

It's almost half of the year 2012 gone!

This month marks a fresh start for me, especially my career.

Nothing is confirmed yet, so I shall wait till the day. 

In the meantime, let's see what I've done for the first week! 

#1 Had a girly outing with two of my favorite person 

We went to this little Japanese cafe at E- Tiara Subang - Haikara Style Cafe and Bakery.

The cafe has a variety of food ranges from Western to Japanese, cakes and pastries as well!

Our meals.
This was.. some sandwich set which I don't remember the name!

The mushroom soup in cup.
It taste different from the ones we usually get out there, there is a charcoal scent!
You've to try it to know ;)

Chicken Katsu Sandwich Set.

The chicken is so fresh, that when you take the first bite, the juice would spill! Yums!! 

Simply delicious! 

Grilled Salmon set.
I personally love salmon alot!
This was not too bad, cooked to perfection but the portion was quite small :(

There were plenty of cakes and pastries, but we didn't manage to try any of it.

Will go back there for tea break! :)
